How to export data

Downloading data from the LifeGuide Trials server.

• File Format: Select either Excel (2007+) or CSV.

• Data sheets to export: Allows you to have full control over what data you want to export. By default I've selected all three of the available data sheets, but this can be changed if you require (the previous version had only Session Details and User Data selected by default).

• Export all sessions since: This is identical to the old version and allows you to export only sessions from a given date.

• Session sheet style: This allows you to choose between exporting with "One line per session", or using the new "One user per line" horizontal style.

• Include anonymous sessions: Renamed from the old option "Include sessions where no user logged it" - this allows you to choose whether to include sessions that aren't associated with any given user.

• Column header format: Renamed from the old option "Include page names with variables" - this allows you to select between 3 different formats for the Session Details table headers.

• Extra Columns: This is a new feature and allows you to include additional information about users. The session number option will annotate a user's sessions incrementally (i.e. their first session will be labelled 1, their second 2, and so on).

I've also added a session count to the "One user per line" export style and each field is numbered by #session number (action).
