If your page looks fine on the Authoring tool Preview mode, but has missing images when you upload it, you probably have a mismatch in upper and lower case letters in the image filename.

Check the name of your image. If it has capitals e.g. example.PNG:

  • Change the name of the image in your workspace to lower case example.png
  • Go to the page where you show the image and change the name of the image to lowercase
  • You may need to resize/reposition the image
