If your page looks fine on the Authoring tool Preview mode, but has missing images when you upload it, you probably have a mismatch in upper and lower case letters in the image filename.
Check the name of your image. If it has capitals e.g. example.PNG:
- Change the name of the image in your workspace to lower case example.png
- Go to the page where you show the image and change the name of the image to lowercase
- You may need to resize/reposition the image
Re-export the intervention. Make sure to wait until the intervention has completed the export - this may take a few minutes. Your computer may say that it is not responding, ignore this.
