Java

If you see HTP error 503 when trying to preview your intervention, please check which version of Java is installed on your computer.

LifeGuide requires Java Version 6 or 7, 32-bit. Unfortunately, Preview does not work with Java Version 8. If you have Java 8, you will need to uninstall it and install 6 or 7 to preview your intervention : http://www.java.com/en/download/help/uninstall_java.xml

N.B. The version of Java does not relate to the version of Windows that you are using, so if you have Windows 64-bit, you can still use the 32-bit version of Java, which is needed for previewing your intervention.

Please restart LifeGuide before trying to preview your intervention again.

NB. You do NOT need an internet connection to view your intervention in Preview mode.

The error "This intervention does not exist"

When importing your intervention, you may have used special characters (e.g. -, +), a space, or started the intervention name with a number. This will cause an error when previewing, so please import your intervention and give it a name that begins with a letter and don't use any special characters (underscores are accepted) or spaces in the intervention name.
