Ordering Items on a page:

This is useful to users who like to use the 'tab' key to go through the page, especially if they are answering a questionnaire. The order of items on the page will also determine the order in which the data is exported to excel when it comes to collating and analysing the data. This is helpful for interpreting the data. Therefore, you need to make sure your interactions are in the correct order. To do this follow these steps:

  • Click 'Actions' in the bottom tool bar
  • Select 'Order Items'
  • You will see a list of all items on your page
  • Click and drag these items to rearrange them into the correct order
  • Click 'Save Changes'

Layering Items on a page:

Sometimes you may find you need to adjust the layering on a page. If you click to add an item (e.g. a text box) and you cannot see it on the page, it may be behind one of your other items. To adjust the layering follow these steps:

  • Click on the item you want to adjust
  • Click 'Actions' in the bottom tool bar
  • Choose to either 'Move Forward' or 'Move Backward'
