When importing your intervention, you may have used special characters (e.g. -, +), a space, or started the intervention name with a number. Firstly, try closing the authoring tool and opening it again. If this does not work, check the following:

Java

LifeGuide requires Java Version 6 or Version 7, 32-bit.

N.B. The version of Java does not relate to the version of Windows that you are using, so if you have Windows 64-bit, you can still use the 32-bit version of Java.

Please restart LifeGuide before trying to preview your intervention again.
